4 Generations Cleaning, LLC was created when I watched my 10 month old granddaughter, Skylar, wobbly stand up to shake a bathroom rug! She has been on job sites since she turned 3 weeks old.

Shannon Barnes is the owner of S.B. Cleaning that has been in business since 2010. In 2022, the dynamics shifted within the business. It became apparent in that very moment described above that they knew the business was no longer about one person providing and arranging services for the last decade. This is their family business.

This is a business Shannon started, Rebecca has expanded, and Skylar will continue... 4 generations. We are 100% woman and family owned. We have always focused on client retention and will continue to do so. Our company strives to provide the best quality cleaning services possible. Our employees must submit to background checks. We may hire someone with no experience based on their personality. We thoroughly train everyone regardless of past experiences. We use high quality products and surface specific products that many cleaners and competitive companies are not trained to apply properly. We know the importance of positivity and pleasant demeanor so that will always be the highest importance for new hires.

I have been in the cleaning industry for 26 years; teaching someone how to perform tasks comes as a second nature to me. I can teach anyone, I cannot change anyone. Our goal is and always will be to be the only cleaning service your home, business, or rental property needs 4 generations to come.
