The following tasks are performed for janitorial property maintenances: Window washing up to 12 feet high Vestibule care Cleaning, sweep, mopping and sanitizing elevators Blowing exterior walkways and stairways Sanitizing, disinfecting, deodorizing and restocking the restroom with soap, toilet paper and paper towels Cleaning tables, chairs and restrooms at pool area Removing trash for parking area and sidewalks Clean and sanitize handrails
